Do I have to master typewriting if I want to become programmer?
From very beginning no. There are several popular block-based apps to begin with programming/coding. One of the most popular is the scratch.mit.edu. However, block based coding has its limits. As your programming skills will grow, you may wish to jump into real life programming or scripting language. Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. Real coding without typing skills is like skiing without snow. Frustrating and slow. Therefore it is good idea to learn and acquire typing skills in advance.
